The problem that the Donald high school faces is an outdated website with an inefficient design and a complicated updating procedure. The aesthetics of the website are not easy on the eye and locating information is a hassle with many of the links outdated or broken. Images of the school also provide inaccurate information as they are over five years old.
B. Identify Any Constraints Constraints we have may have in this project could be not being able to get all the information we require for the website. Also other constraints could be the computers not working and not being able to access the Internet to look at the old website to get the old information off it that we require. Also if our group tries to do something new that we are unsure of how to do, we could then get behind and not get the website finished on time. Also if we don’t stick to our Gantt chart we will get far behind and not be able to finish the website on its due date. The website needs to be easy for teachers, parents and students to access and to be able to find the information they need to know about the school and events that are happening at the time.

The audience that is expected to view this website will be teachers at the high school, teachers thinking of coming to the high school. Also students at the high school and future students coming to the school. Parents of the students would also be interested to view upcoming events that they are unaware of that are coming up. The characteristics of the website will be that it will contain the colours of our school such as maroon, blue and gold. It will also have pages with subject offered at the school, the school, teachers and other information that future people to the school would like to know about.
