A. Team must create and all contribute to an annotated layout and design for the website
  1. Titles and text on each page
  2. Non text content
  3. Navigation pathways and links
  4. Estimate time required for each task
  5. Define peoples responsibilities for each task
  6. Identify dependent tasks

B. Site map showing hyperlink interrelationships

C. Team discussion should take place for best design option
  • Formats and conventions
  • File naming scheme
  • Color scheme
  • Page Layout

D. A brief report that discusses why the design was chosen and how it was changed. Reference to positive and negative elements and a conclusion about the final sections.
The group then than submits the design to the client with:
  • Flow Chart
  • Site Map
  • Site Plan
  • File Structure
  • Back Up Methods

E. Apply techniques and procedures to manage the production of handling electronic files:
  • Names files in manner that is meaningful and logical
  • Provide a hard copy of your file directory
  • Back up copies of files to be made in case of distaster
